Piwik Apps in Cloudflare are quite good and easy to set without changes anything inside the code. Hopefully it can have another improvement where it's also can define Piwik ID separately for different sub-domain on same domain.

Looking at https://www.cloudflare.com/apps/developer/docs/install-json/options it looks possible to configure a list of fields where users could then define one or multiple subdomains, and if the current subdomain matches a configured subdomain to use a different idSite. It's not really on the roadmap right now though.

Not sure re cloudflare: Can you set them up in cloudflare as different apps?

I already try and Cloudflare doesn't allow install same apps more that once in one instance.
So, as currently no luck, please do consider this improvement in your next roadmap (I hope it won't too long).

Or anything I can help to work on this project? But maybe in the end you will still need time to check and merge the submit.
