After various changes like #12208 it's required to update the omnifixture.
Tests relying on the OmniFixture are currently failing on 3.x-dev branch.

As soon as the tests finish we need to go through all the changes.
Note: There might be some data changes caused by #11102 or #12699

Fixed some regressions on 3.x-dev, merging into this branch so the test results will be more accurate
