By default the segment editor is visible when widgestising the full dashboard.

To be able to show or hide this with another parameter such as:

&segmentedit=0

would be beneficial as then a dashboard could be set with a pre-processes segment and only show the data for that segment and not enable the viewer to change/add segments.
