Hi,

when saving or updating a goal with spaces, umlauts or special characters in one of the definition's fields than those characters are URL encoded twice by Matomo 3.5.1, f.e.

Unfortunately our firewall is blocking any requests with double encoded values, so I would hope that this could be fixed.
