When clicking one of the configuration icons for widgets/reports a dropdown is shown with the options.
If there is enough space below it will open below the icon:

But if below isn't enough space it will show over/above the icon. As the icons are then hidden behind the dropdown it's not possible to click the icon again to close the dropdown or click another icon.

We should move the dropdown completely above the icon in this case.
