I want to disable dashboard plugin, I don't need it. When I do it, Matomo pages are broken — contents of dialog windows are shown, when should not be.

Guess that is because the dashboard plugin contains some CSS that is globally used.
I don't think we will have time soon to takle that...
So if you have time feel free to create a PR to move the required CSS parts to the CoreHome plugin.

Problem still exists but symptoms are different. In my first post I wrote about broken content of pages. Currently it's fine. But when I disable dashboard plugin

TypeError: require(...).DashboardManagerControl is undefined index.php:180:33

Problem is not critical but maybe someone will find time to fix it in the future. ;)
