I generated a new theme for a test and noticed the generated themes comes with totally different colors like a blue header, blue navigation, etc. Those are the colors that are used in the Theme UI tests.

Unfortunately, this makes creating your own theme almost impossible and very hard. The generated theme should come with the same colors as used by Morpheus by default. This way it looks good by default and users can for example easily change only the header of the menu, or only the top bar of widgets.

Currently, someone creating a theme would need to spend a lot of time trying to figure out from where to get the original color values, and where to set them.

This changes the time it takes to create a theme from one minute, to a task of hours, seriously!
