Hi,

I'm working on publishing the 3.1.0 package into de debian repository and while doing some test, I had an unexpected error related to some random files in /var/lib/piwik/data/tmp/cache/tracker/.

I looked in my production folder to notice a lot of files named like:

Is it safe to empty this folder before doing an upgrade?

Note: the list of random files is much much longer.
