Does piwik provide a way so that the user's login and credentials can be dynamically generated .i.e. super user doesn't need to create new accounts manually?

There are plugins like LDAP or SAML that automatically create users based on the SSO data. Also Piwik has an API that can be easily used by any tool to create new users.
