Dear members, programmers,

I found two failures on the pdf report on page "Actions / Entry pages titles".

1.) The table miss a logical sort regarding the fields that are display. The customer see only a disorder.

2.) There is a failure in the summary of "other" pages to be found on the bottom of the table. In the calculation of the "Bounce Rate" is a mistake to be found, the calculation is not correct.

Maybe you can fixed the failures in the next version of Piwik.
