Running the system check in the console may not show all of the information #11789

Today when running the diagnostics:run command (equivalent of the System Check admin page), we got:

$ ./console diagnostics:run
File integrity: WARNING File integrity check failed and reported some errors. You should fix this issue and then refresh this page until it shows no error.

Files were found in your Piwik but we didn't expect them.
--> Please delete these files to prevent errors.  Try to reupload all the Piwik files in BINARY mode. 
1 warnings detected

Got: The list of files that have integrity check is not displayed
Expected instead: the outpuf of the command should include the same information as system check and list all files that failed the integrity check.
