Eg when viewing a goal and you switch to another site in the reporting menu, it will show a "page does not exist" message since the goal id does not exist for that site. In such a case, we could detect it is an entity (eg numeric subcategory) and see if there is any other available under that reporting menu category and if so, load the first in that category.

It may be hard though to detect whether the user actually switched from a different site but it kind of has to be the case as "page does not exist" wouldn't happen otherwise.
