I suggest to create a subcategory which relates visitors from specific countries
with their preferred browser language. For example Country: China: 110 visitors where 33 Visitors used English, 15 used Japanese, 62 used Chinese) .

Why are you closing this issue? I'd suggest to let those issues open and flag them with new plugin only. That way that issue can still be found easily by someone searching for new plugin ideas ;)
