Thanks for your PR. Unfortunatelly we can't merge PRs for translation files. Our translations are managed using transifex. Please get an account there in order to help us improving the translations.

Sorry. I know it's hard work to maintain translations. We already try to prevent that with the README in the lang folder (https://github.com/piwik/piwik/blob/3.x-dev/lang/README.md)
If you have any suggestions that would help others to directly find the correct way how to contribute translations, don't hesitate to make suggestions.
