Minor angular update from 1.4.10 to 1.4.14 #11021

We don't have to merge it. I looked over the diff and there are only a few minor fixes but could be good to have.

angular-sanitize has actually no changes at all, and we don't use angular-mocks. There could be a useful fix in angular-animation and angular itself but not sure if it would affect us.
