With more than 25k visitors a day, the visitor log is not usable if we're not able to specify a precise time.

Even with 500 visitors per page you have to click NEXT more than 20 times... Or display "All" takes forever" and hang any browser and fill the available memory of the OS.In my case Chrome for this single process was at more than 2 GB use when I gave up.

I would suggest adding an hour selector ("Starting at: HH") on top to limit the time frame.

+1 for the idea.
Could already be done with adding a segment visit/servertime1-servertime2
just make some segments which splits your day...
