During a Piwik upgrade, we display the list of SQL queries that will be executed during the upgrade. This used to be helpful as one could copy paste the queries manually instead of needing Piwik to run through the standard upgrade flow and Piwik execute queries. However, we've noticed that this is not really working anymore, as the list of queries is incomplete and missing some queries on the piwik_option table.

therefore, we should change the wording in the Upgrade screen to make it clear that the queries cannot be copy pasted, and it is necessary instead to run the upgrade via the browser or better: use the core:udpate console command to run upgrades on big piwik instances.

Why it's important? changing the message and wording will clear confusion & frustration that users would feel if they think that copy pasting SQL queries will fully upgrade Piwik.
