I updated to 2.16.5 from 2.16.3 today and now I do experience a fatal error in the admin interface:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Piwik\Plugins\Actions\Reports\SiteSearchBase in /web/piwik/plugins/Actions/Reports/SiteSearchBase.php on line 17

tmp folder has been deleted, cookies have been cleared. Update itself went successfully.

Edit: Reuploading the whole piwik folder from a fresh download does not fix the error eighter.

Looks like a plugin caused issues with the folder permissions on update. Solved.
