In the last few months several "Maybes" pull requests which are not suitable for LTS, were moved to the 3.0.0 milestone. During 3.0.0 dev cycle, we shall take a look at these pull requests and decide whether they should be done for 3.0.0 (eg. in beta3, beta4...) or whether they can be closed for now.

Ideally we like to close all pull requests that are not actively worked on while we keep the issue opened (bug report/feature request).
