To improve usability of geoip installation settings show information wether geoip database is up to date as expected from settings directly next to "installed" information.
This information could be easily be determind from settings:
date of last update older than 1 week / 1 month

Thanks for the suggestion @hpvd - really like it. also maybe we could add a system test check diagnostic that indicates whether GeoIP is correctly setup and another one whether the database is up to date?
