I think we should not only focus on making Piwik better on small screens but also on larger screens. I think we currently limit the width of most or all reports and admin pages to 1200px. If there's more space available than eg 1600px (the left menu takes 250px) we could show a sticky table of contents on the right similar to eg

This helps getting a quick overview about what is on the page and to jump quickly somewhere.

Really love this idea of better leveraging screen estate!
