Shetland (or, The Shetland Islands) are missing from the current map of the UK (and also Europe). Please add this to the map.

Thanks for creating the issue! We need to update Kartograph at some point but this project is no longer maintained see https://github.com/kartograph/kartograph.py . We might need to look for an alternative at some point
