Use html5 to generate charts. This will make piwik much faster (at least viewing the data, witch is one of the key features). Flash is not available for all browsers (Mobile Safari) or machines (older ones).

You could use rgraph to generate the charts.

Or use jQuery Visualize Plugin witch has a better license (MIT license)
