Would be good to have also postal code available in the location part of segment editor.
The reasons:

• with postal code one can filter more narrow e.g. within large cities with more than one postal code
• one can filter more wide in areas where several small places share one postal code
• on could filter in steps if "begin with" is support e.g. 3, 38, 381...

It's provide from geo-ip provider maxmind.
