The goal of this issue is to improve the Javascript Tracking API. In particular, instead of asking users to call setUserId on each page view to assign actions to a particular user, we would like Piwik.js to automatically remember the User ID that was set and set it again on subsequent requests.

• How to enable this new feature? maybe a new function to enable the persisting of this user id value.
• When User ID is set in the Piwik.js, also set it as the the Visitor ID hash in the first party cookie (see getVisitorId)
• Document how to reset the Piwik session ie. when user logs out from the system, how to reset cookies in Piwik.
