A trial can be downloaded for instance here:
http://www.iis.net/overview

As we are getting more and more reports that Piwik is broken on IIS we should test basic features such as:

  • Install
  • Update
  • Tracking
  • Archiving
  • API
  • Browse through UI
  • Install plugin using Marketplace
  • Install plugin using ZIP upload
  • Activate / Deactivate plugins
