Plugin should allow webapps/sites/mobile apps/etc. to gather simple feedback from users (ie, "Didn't find what you were looking for? Let us know!") and input them into a Piwik for later reporting.

Great idea (this is similar idea to existing services such as Usabilla, Kampyle etc.)
