As a Piwik user, I want to enable a setting that will automatically exclude from being tracked, any visitor that is a known "Piwik user".

This will lead to more accurate statistics automatically excluding all people that work on the website or apps (eg. your colleagues, clients, etc.).

A 'Piwik user' is defined by:

• either she has the PIWIK_SESSID cookie (code)
• or her IP Address has logged in recently to Piwik (either as view, admin, or super user)
