When adding annotations, new bubbles don't appear in some cases

• Go to http://demo.piwik.org/index.php?module=CoreHome&action=index&idSite=1&period=week&date=2014-01-16#module=Referrers&action=index&idSite=1&period=week&date=2014-01-16
• Click on the rightmost annotation bubble.
• Create annotation for Dec/13 for example.
• The new annotation should be in a new bubble. The new bubble is only visible when the page is refreshed. Without a refresh it looks as if the annotation was not saved.
• (Don't forget to delete you annotation or the bubble will already be there when the next one tries to reproduce the problem.)

This is quite frustrating because when you think that the annotation wasn't saved, you create it again and in the end you have created it multiple times.

The bubbles also aren't updated when annotations are moved (i.e. the date is changed) or deleted.

Another minor bug:

• Go to http://demo.piwik.org/index.php?module=CoreHome&action=index&idSite=1&period=week&date=2014-01-16#module=Referrers&action=index&idSite=1&period=week&date=2014-01-16
• Click ANNOTATIONS on the lower right of the big graph - all annotations are shown
• Hover the first or the last row - the corresponding bubbles bounce. This is such a nice feature!
• Hover any other row than the first or the last one - the corresponding bubbles don't bounce.

Again, this is only a minor bug but it causes quite a bit of confusion.
