When I try to add any website or any user, i am not able to do it.

‘Loading Data…’ comes written, but it doesnt go beyond that. The ‘Loading Data’ screen stays there, and you have to hit the back button of the browser to stop it, and no new user or website is getting added.

Any possible cause, and troubleshooting steps for this. i dont want to reinstall Piwik. It is currently being used by users on our websites, so any debugging/troubleshooting steps would be very helpfule.

what browser do you use? does it fail with all browsers?
if yes please send a login / password to hello@piwik.org with description of your problem + link to piwik and how to reproduce

Status?

Make sure your MySQL database user has been granted all privileges on your piwik database.

Please re-open if problem persists in 0.2.28.
