The transitions (via Actions/Pages) with segmentation (Page URL/Contains/id1234) suppress outgoing internal pages, which I get displayed without segmentation (default/All visits) for corresponding transitions (all rows to display and serach for id1234).

See screenshots:

Am I doing something wrong? It's pretty misleading, at least.

This issue is till occurring in 4.4.1
Page Title transitions report with "All Visits" segment:

Page Title transitions report with a "Page Title is X" segment:

The segment is configured as follows:

ETA: This doesn't seem to happen for other types of segments and seems to only be happening for segments that use Page Title conditions.

Well I guess this is kind of expected behavior looking at the current implementation. It uses the segment when querying for following pages and outlinks. But as those pages or outlinks do not match the segment they are filtered away.
Not sure if that can be changed easily, as we can't simply ignore the segment. If we do that we would count in visits, that are actually not part of the segment we are looking at and it could happen that the number for outlinks could be higher than the number of pageviews...
