Noticed that if a tracking URL has both content tracking params and the outlink param (eg, /piwik.php?link=...&c_n=...&c_t=...). This is because matomo will detect the current action as ActionClickUrl and stop detecting. So the Content columns' onLookupAction will abort: https://github.com/matomo-org/matomo/blob/3.x-dev/plugins/Contents/Columns/ContentName.php#L48-L50.

May also affect other action types like 'download'.
