In dashboard and referrers menu, there is a report based on social networks. When looking at the Referrer Types report, we miss these items.
By adding the social networks as a type, with there sub-items, we get a more complete overview of referrer types.

Sounds like a great idea indeed, few people have requested this!

  • Split the Social media in Referrer Overview
  • Document the new possible value for referrerType = social

(Note that when doing this change it will result in the "Websites" referrer category being lower, since Social networks are currently included in this metric.)
